mixed feelings about my stay
missed wake-up call unavailable sauna
the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
I encountered several issues . one morning, i requested a wake-up call that never came.. this caused me to miss an important meeting. additionally, the advertised spa services were not fully available. The sauna was out of order for two days, quite disappointing

friendly staff clean room great location
the location rocks! reception staff are very friendly too. i definitely can't forget the rooms, it was very clean. i also like that its a fancy looking hotel.
i think the pillows was uncomfortable and i can hear noises from the next room.

Anniversary City Break, A Nice Stay
romantic gesture friendly staff private pool early check-in
I booked this stay as a surprise for my wife, an anniversary city break. I requested a romantic gesture in the room. Upon arrival, the staff remembered us immediately and advised our room was ready three hours early. All the staff were attentive, accommodating our needs. The on-site pool required reservation. This meant we had the pool area to ourselves for 45 minutes, which we enjoyed.
I noticed a small amount of dust in a corner of the bathroom near the shower. It was a very minor issue but worth noting for meticulous cleaning.

The staff was attentive and remembered our request, fulfilling it beyond expectations. They were very quick to assist. They remembered us upon arrival and expedited the check-in process, greatly appreciated. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions.

The room was clean and spacious (a beautiful room with spa access). The romantic request was fulfilled beautifully. There was a large window that let in lots of light, and it had black out curtains.
